Details:
Folk Comedy troubadours The Lancashire Hotpots are back with their latest EP The Beer Olympics, which strangely enough is about them wanting to put drinking beer into the 2012 Olympics. It’s a very catchy tune and has what I like to call, along with b-side Mek Us A Brew which is a song about their love of tea & dislike of modern coffee shops, lots of singalongability!
Also on the EP is a dance remix of The Beer Olympics with a dance music backing that wouldn’t have been out of place in the early nineties. And I Won’t Eat Egg which is yet another tirade against something the Hotpots don’t like, see also chavs, IKEA, modern coffee shops, etc.
